If your rental arrives and it doesn't fit you, or you choose not to wear it, we will provide you with a store credit (minus the shipping cost). Your rental must be returned to NZ Post within 24 hours to be eligible for store credit. You must email us to let us know that you have sent it back. Your rental must be in unworn condition, we will check for any signs of wear.
We understand that we are currently experiencing uncertain times due to Covid-19 and events are being cancelled. If your event has been cancelled and you need to cancel your rental, we will provide a full store credit (with no expiry date). Please email us if you need to cancel your order: email@example.com
