HOW IT WORKS

How does White Wardrobe work? 

If you find an outfit on our website that you'd love to wear, simply select your event date on the calendar and proceed to the checkout. Your outfit will arrive to you 1-4 days before your event and we will send you the tracking details so you can track your parcel. 

 

Do you offer try ons?

We are currently offering postal try ons, please refer to our try ons tab here: https://www.whitewardrobe.co.nz/products/postal-try-on

We are not currently offering in store try ons.  

 

How does delivery work? 

Postage is $10. This includes a tracked overnight courier to you, and a prepaid return bag to return your rental to us. 

Your parcel will arrive to you 1-4 days before your event. 

Your parcel does not require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you have a safe spot for your parcel to be delivered. If you require a signature delivery, just let us know in the comments section when you place your order. 

 

Do you offer returns? 

Yes we do! If your rental arrives and it doesn't fit you, we will provide you with a store credit (minus the shipping cost). Your rental must be returned to NZ Post within 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible for store credit. Your rental must be in unworn condition, we will check for any signs of wear. 

 

Can I cancel my order? 

We understand that we are currently experiencing uncertain times due to Covid-19 and events are being cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please get in contact with us and we will provide you with a full store credit (with no expiry). 

 

Do I need to dry clean my order?  

No, all dry cleaning costs are included in our hire fee. Please do not attempt to wash the garment yourself.
