FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

Do you do try ons/postal try ons? Yes we do postal try ons, please refer to our try ons tab. Unfortunately we are not currently offering try on appointments from our showroom as I am preparing for the arrival of my baby. 

When will I receive my order? We aim to have your order with you 1-2 days before your chosen wear date (usually more, depending on whether or not the garment was rented the weekend before).

Is it too late to place an order for this weekend? If you have left your outfit until the last minute, email us and we can see what we can do. We can organise Saturday couriers and late pick ups. 

When I book a rental, what date do I select? Select the date you will be wearing the garment. Your return date will be based on this.

How much is postage? Postage is $9. This includes a tracked overnight courier to you, and a prepaid return bag to return your rental to us.

What if my rental doesn’t fit or I don’t end up wearing it? Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for sizing/change of mind. This is the risk you take when hiring a garment.
